This card is great for congratulating new parents! Textured blue and brown cardstock is layered under a hand stamped "congrats," which is lined in a light green textured cardstock. Cream ribbon is threaded through the brown cardstock, "baby" is hand stamped in cream along the bottom edge of the card, and two tiny buttons add a little cuteness.
